Founded in 2023, Elite Outreach is setting expectations in human services working along side those with a disability who strive to gain independence in employment and community services. Our team partners with government agencies to facilitate these services with little to no cost to you.
OUR PROGRAMS
VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION
Elite Outreach partners with Utah Vocational Rehabilitation, working with clients that need; Work Strategy Assessments (WSA), Supported Job Based Training (SJBT), Supported Employment (SE), and Temporary Work Experience (TWE).
AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas, including employment, transportation, public accommodations, communications and access to state and local government' programs and services.

VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION
Vocational Rehabilitation helps eligible individuals with disabilities, to prepare for, obtain or maintain employment and achieve independence.
